AUM meditation
AUM chanting is a powerful practice that aligns the three fundamental aspects of the system – body, mind and energy – leading to a more profound experience of life. It helps stabilize the body and mind, thus eliminating psychological disturbances and alleviating chronic ailments.

You can learn AUM meditation either in a group or private 1:1 class. This practice can’t be learnt in an online session. All the sessions are mandatory to attend.

7 -13 years can join children’s class.
14 years or above can join regular classes with adults.

Light stomach condition recommended (1.5 hours after a meal) for children.

To learn this practice, it may take minimum 1 hours in a committed class. Once you have learnt these practices, it would take about 4 min to do this practice at home on a daily basis.

We usually recommend to come back for a guided practice correction or review session after 2-3 months or once you complete 1 mandala (40 days) of regular practice.
