  • Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and energy regulation to prepare the body and mind for higher states of awareness and meditation. It is a holistic practice that brings balance, stability, and wellbeing.

  • Unlike many modern yoga styles that emphasise fitness, Hatha Yoga is a classical practice rooted in ancient yogic sciences. It is designed as a complete system for physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth.

  • Not at all! Hatha Yoga is suitable for people of all ages, body types, and fitness levels. The practices are designed to gradually build strength, flexibility, and balance. No prior experience is necessary.

  • Yes, absolutely. All classes are taught step by step, with personal attention to ensure correct practice. Beginners are very welcome!

  • Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Yoga mats and props may be provided at the venue, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2–3 hours before the class.

  • Yes, but it’s important to inform us of any medical conditions or injuries in advance. Some practices may be adapted, or we may recommend private sessions for personalised guidance.

  • Classes are open to all age groups, generally from teenagers upwards. For children under a certain age, specific children’s yoga programmes may be more suitable.

  • Ideally, practising daily or at least several times a week will help you experience the full benefits. However, even with a few sessions a week, many students notice positive changes.

  • Regular practice can lead to improved physical health, emotional balance, better focus, enhanced energy levels, deeper sleep, and a general sense of wellbeing and clarity.
