Upa Yoga
Upa-yoga is a simple yet powerful system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles, and energy system. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, Upa-yoga dispels inertia in the body’s energy and brings ease to the whole system. It relieves physical stress and tiredness.
Children of age 4-7 can only learn Sadilaja till Neck practices of Upa-yoga. Children of 7 years and above can learn the rest of Upa-yoga practices.

Surya Shakti
Surya means “Sun,” and Shakti means “Energy”. Surya Shakti is a complete process, which is largely physical in nature. Surya Shakti is an dynamic form of the Sun Salutation which is an ancient yogic practice with a powerful sequence of 18 postures. If you do 108 cycles of Surya Shakti, it will make you fit and you will not need any other form of exercise.
7-13 years of age can join Children’s class. Above 14 years can join regular classes with adults.

Yoga Namaskar
Yoga Namaskar is a powerful system that activates the lumbar region of the spine in a tremendous way, strengthens the muscles of the spine, giving it a reinforcement as one ages, the collapsing of the spine, which causes the pinching of the nerves does not happen.
7-13 years of age can join Children’s class. Above 14 years can join regular classes with adults.
There are numerous benefits of Yoga Namaskar. It:

Thoppukarnam words came from Sanskrit language. ‘Thorpi’ means ‘holiding by hands’ and ‘karnam’ means ‘ears’. By doing this practice, everything in your brain get activated. It also brings a balance between left and right brain.
