Yoga Namaskar

Yoga Namaskar is a powerful system that activates the lumbar region of the spine in a tremendous way, strengthens the muscles of the spine, giving it a reinforcement as one ages, the collapsing of the spine, which causes the pinching of the nerves does not happen.

There are numerous benefits of Yoga Namaskar. It:

Teaching methodology

We follow a precise and supportive approach rooted in the ancient science of Classical Hatha Yoga.

  • You can learn Yoga Namaskar either in a group or private 1:1 class. This practice can be learnt in an online session. All the sessions are mandatory to attend.

  • 7 years or above.

  • Light stomach condition required (1.5 hours after a meal)

  • To learn this practice, it may take minimum 1 hours in a committed class. Once you have learnt these practices, it would take about 15 min to do this practice at home on a daily basis.

  • We usually recommend to come back for a guided practice correction or review session after 2-3 months or once you complete 1 mandala (40 days) of regular practice.
