Bhuta Shuddhi
Bhuta Shuddhi means “purification of the five elements” (i.e. earth, water, fire, air and space) which gets to root of imbalances in the body that lead to disease. This simple practice which you can do daily reorganizes your system on the elemental level.
The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.

Simple yet powerful Bhuta Shuddhi processes are offered as a part of Isha Hatha Yoga programs, allowing one to cleanse the body and prepare for more powerful sadhanas.
Teaching methodology
We follow a precise and supportive approach rooted in the ancient science of Classical Hatha Yoga.

You can learn Bhuta Shuddhi either in a group or private 1:1 class. This practice can’t be learnt in an online session. All the sessions are mandatory to attend.

Empty stomach conditions required.

This practice can be learnt by anyone who is 14 years or above.

To learn this practice, it may take minimum 90 min in a committed class. Once you have learnt these practices, it would take about 15 min to do this practice at home on a daily basis.

We usually recommend to come back for a guided practice correction or review session after 2-3 months or you complete 1 mandala (40 days).
