Eye Care Practices

Eye care practices we offer are a natural way to improve vision related issues which many a times stem from routine patterns of sitting in front of computers, televisions, phones etc.

Benefits:

  • Strengthens the eye muscles

  • Improves eyesight

  • Helps relieve eye strain from prolonged exposure to computers, bringing relaxation to eyes

  • Recommended for those with Myopia and Hypermetropia

Teaching methodology

We follow a precise and supportive approach rooted in the ancient science of Classical Hatha Yoga.

  • You can learn Eye care practices either in a group or private 1:1 class. These practices can’t be learnt in an online session. All the sessions are mandatory to attend.

  • This practice can be learnt by anyone who is 8 years or above.

    • Light stomach conditions required

    • For effectiveness of the practice, you must be practicing either Upa Yoga, Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti or Yogasana. The Surya Kriya is most recommended practice to complement eye care practices.

  • The recommended combination of practices and time commitment to learn:

    • Eye care + Surya Kriya (4 sessions, 3 hours each)

    • Eye care + Upa Yoga (3 sessions, 2 hours each)

    • Eye care + Yogasana (5-8 sessions, 2-3 hours each)

  • We usually recommend to come back for a guided practice correction or review session after 2-3 months or once you complete 1 mandala (40 days) of regular practice.
