You can learn Isha Kriya meditation either in a group or private 1:1 class. This practice can be learnt in an online session. All the sessions are mandatory to attend.

This practice can be learnt by anyone who is 12 years or above.

Empty stomach conditions required.

To learn this practice, it may take minimum 60 mins in a committed class. Once you have learnt these practices, it would take about 12 min to do this practice at home on a daily basis.

We usually recommend to come back for a guided practice correction or review session after 2-3 months or once you complete 1 mandala (48 days) of regular practice.
