Nadi Shuddhi

A Yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which prana (vital energy) flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.

Nadi Shuddhi:

  • Enjoy a deep sense of peace throughout the day

Teaching methodology

We follow a precise and supportive approach rooted in the ancient science of Classical Hatha Yoga.

  • You can learn Nadi Shuddhi either in a group or private 1:1 class. This practice can be learnt in an online session. All the sessions are mandatory to attend.

  • This practice can be learnt by anyone who is 7 years or above.

  • Light stomach conditions required.

  • To learn this practice, it may take minimum 1 hours in a committed class. Once you have learnt these practices, it would take about 4 min to do this practice at home on a daily basis.

  • We usually recommend to come back for a guided practice correction or review session after 2-3 months or once you complete 1 mandala (40 days) of regular practice.
