Shanmukhi Mudra
Shanmukhi mudra is a simple but subtle practice that brightens and rejuvenates the face and eyes and brings about a state of balance leading toward increased awareness and meditativeness.

You can learn Shanmukhi Mudra either in a group or private 1:1 class. This practice can’t be learnt in an online session. All the sessions are mandatory to attend.

This practice can be learnt by anyone who is 14 years or above.

Light stomach conditions required.

To learn this practice, it may take minimum 2 hours in a committed class. Once you have learnt these practices, it would take about 15 min to do this practice at home on a daily basis.

We usually recommend to come back for a guided practice correction or review session after 2-3 months or once you complete 1 mandala (40 days) of regular practice.
