Thoppukarnam
Thoppukarnam words came from Sanskrit language. ‘Thorpi’ means ‘holiding by hands’ and ‘karnam’ means ‘ears’. By doing this practice, everything in your brain get activated. It also brings a balance between left and right brain.

You can learn Thoppukarnam either in a group or private 1:1 class. This practice can’t be learnt in an online session. All the sessions are mandatory to attend.

This practice can be learnt by anyone who is 3 years or above.

Light or Empty stomach conditions required.

To learn this practice, it may take minimum 2 hours in a committed class. Once you have learnt these practices, it would take about 15 min to do this practice at home on a daily basis.

We usually recommend to come back for a guided practice correction or review session after 2-3 months or once you complete 1 mandala (40 days) of regular practice.
